The Health, Education & Social Services Committee has considered:              
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 10                                            
Relating to certification of the Alaska State Legislature's                   
opposition to requiring suspension of a driver's license for drug              
offenses.                                                                      
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 10(HES)                                
Relating to allowing the state the right to determine and impose              
sanctions on motor vehicle drivers.
